(1) Copyright Ownership

All photographs created by Gina Dover-Jaques remain the sole and exclusive copyright of the photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing through a formal Copyright Transfer Agreement.

Commissioning photography services does not transfer copyright ownership.

(2) Licensing & Usage Rights

When commissioning Gina Dover-Jaques, clients are purchasing a licence to use the images, not ownership of the copyright itself.

Usage rights are tailored to each project/piece of work and will be clearly outlined within your individual proposal or contract. These rights define how the imagery may be used, by whom, and for what duration.

Any usage beyond the agreed licence terms must be approved in writing prior to use.

(3) Third-Party Requests & Additional Licensing

If a third party, publication, brand, or individual requests access to imagery created by Gina Dover-Jaques, please do not distribute the files directly.

Instead, all requests should be referred to the photographer to ensure appropriate licensing permissions are arranged.

Additional usage rights and licensing fees may apply depending on the nature and scope of use.

(4) Website Content & Image Protection

The unauthorised downloading, screen capturing, reproduction, alteration, or redistribution of any imagery or written material from this website is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.
